Scope of Work
- Providing comprehensive support for the smooth operation of the office.
- Serving beverages to employees and guests with service excellence standards.
- Managing the timely and regular replenishment of drinking water gallons, office supplies, and other operational needs.
- Executing the secure, neat, and timely distribution of internal documents between units/departments.
- Supporting the execution of meetings, including room setup, provision of refreshments/consumption, and other supporting needs.
- Conducting continuous maintenance, checking, and ensuring the completeness of cleaning equipment and other supporting work tools.
